Windows 10 phantom touch

My wife is going to Germany this weel and she would be able to take the tablet with her to deliver in some tech assistance but I am afraid it will not be possible just arrive at the store we have made the purchase because it have passed more than 6 months since the shopping. The MUST give us clear orientation on how solve the problem. The device is not working since January because of this Phantom cursor at the touch screen.

I have bought the Asus Vivo with Windows 8 in december in Germany. This is a, ASUS forum ? The company is monitoring and given the necessary information as a complience policy with the users?

We see so many users with the same problem and I do not find ANY FORMAL ANSWER or explanation from ASUS.
